Meet The Judges
Dame Shirley Bazzey
The host of Calderdale Pride. A woman (and sometimes man) of many talents!
Choreographer, performer, singer, dancer, bitch. She’s got it all in abundance!
Beth McCann
The Chair of Calderdale Pride and the woman we all need to keep on her good side!
She’s got high standards but loves to see local talent and performers
Bex Wysling
The very first winner in 2019 who was so good we asked her to perform again on the main stage of 2022.
A fierce Ally, she always brings the party! Who better to judge and crown our new winner!
Mr Rainbow
The co-host of Calderdale Pride. A man who’s judged enough people behind their back to do it to their face in front of a live audience!
Only joking, he’s fair, he’s hilar and he knows the guts it takes to get on that main stage!
A fabulous talent show which offers local talent a chance to perform on the main stage at Calderdale Pride 2023!
This event is free to attend and takes place at the wonderful Square Chapel Arts Centre where a selection of food and drink will be available at the Atrium Bar. Come along for a great afternoon from 2PM.
